My journey began working in my Nana’s garden as a small girl. Spending those days with her was a treasure, I think that is where my love of plants and nature blossomed. I take walks in the woods, every chance I get, looking and listening to what it has to teach. I received my formal education from Wild Rose College of Herbal Medicine, Alberta. Through the amazing teachings and knowledge of my instructors, I earned a certificate as a Practical Herbalist. I always view myself as the continuous student upgrading and taking more courses. I hope to earn a Master Herbalist certificate within the next few years. From the wisdom and guidance of my teachers and elders, my training keeps growing and I am grateful for their lessons.
